Allegro Escrow was acquired by Evergreen Note Servicing of Puyallup, WA in December, 2006. Recently, we have decided to move the payment processing to our home office in Puyallup. This is to keep the cost of our services low, while providing you the highest possible level of customer service. Part of this process is converting your annual fee to a monthly fee. There will be no fee increase in this process; your annual fee will simply be divided by 12. This conversion will not start until your annual fee anniversary date. If you require annual fees, please feel free to contact our office and let us know.
Our office in Spokane Valley is still open, and our staff there is ready to assist you with your account. Your account and the original documents are still held in the Spokane office.
