Evergreen Note Servicing recently launched our new and improved MyNote online access on November 7th. Below are some frequently asked questions that will help you in accessing the new site.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    When I click the “Reset Password” link provided in my email, I am receiving an error screen. How Can I get online?

    • The email that was sent on 11/07/2019, which contained the “Reset Password” link, has expired now. For security reasons, the link is only valid for a day. Please visit https://mynote.edsnotepro.comĀ and choose “forgot your password.” After entering your username and email, you will receive a new “Reset Password” link.

      My old username was my email address, but now it will not allow me to type my full email. How can I log in?

      • If your username was your email address, your new username will be the first part of your email. For example, if your username was johnsmith@john.com,Ā your new username will be johnsmith.

      My username contains a special character and it will not let me add it, how can I log in?

      • If your username contained a special character, your username is now the same excluding that character. For example, if your username was john.smith or john_smith, your new username is johnsmith.

      When I type in my username and email in the “Forgot Your Password” field, it tells me the username or email does not exist, how do I log in?

        When I make a payment online I don’t see a confirmation number?

        • When making a payment online, the Payment Information screen will have your current email and will send the payment confirmation to that designated email address. If this email is incorrect, please change it to your correct email address. The email will be from MyNote@edsNotePro.com,Ā please whitelist this email to ensure delivery.

        I keep trying to get a password reset to my email, but it is not working. What should I do?

        • Please email mail@notecollection.com with your username, account number, and email address. You can also call our customer service department at 1-866-358-6683 – option 4.
